Police in Bellevue, Washington have found a “very angry” small dog wearing a shirt and pants. As adorable as he looks, he’s also apparently pissed. The authorities are hoping they can reunite the mutt with his owner, but if I were that dog I wouldn’t want to be left in the care of anyone who let me go out like that.
