An Amazon Driver Porch Pirate . . . Stole a Woman’s Cat?

An Amazon delivery driver dropped off a package at a home in California, and then took a cat from the front porch.  The “cat porch pirate” was caught on camera.  Amazon says they’re investigating, but it’s been almost a week without an update . . . and the police haven’t been any help.

An Amazon delivery person took our cat, Piper, after he dropped off a package on Thursday evening (12/11/25). We just want her back home safely. We are working with Amazon and local law enforcement, but haven’t had much support in getting help from either one. Amazon has identified the driver but has not been able to get ahold of them.
