People online have now donated almost $2 MILLION to help an 88-year-old in Michigan retire. Ed Bambas went viral last week after a “positivity influencer” shared a video of him working at a grocery store.
Ed lost his pension when G.M. went bankrupt. Then his wife got sick and passed away. He went back to work to try and pay off over $200,000 in medical debt.
Over the weekend, he found out how much people donated, and you might wanna have some tissues ready. A reporter asked what he’d say to his wife if he could send her a message. He said he’d tell her, “Thank you, honey.”
